Role and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will join a solid and structured environment, aiming to become a reference point for managing projects related to Facility Management services. The role involves working closely with shopping centers in the Piemonte and Lombardia regions, liaising with property owners and store managers. The candidate will coordinate external suppliers, including maintenance teams responsible for routine building maintenance and structural repairs or improvements based on directives from responsible figures.
Main Responsibilities
* Coordinate and supervise project management activities within assigned areas.
* Maintain direct relationships with clients (property owners and store managers) and suppliers (maintenance teams).
* Plan and monitor routine and extraordinary maintenance interventions.
* Ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Support company efforts to optimize processes and resources.
Requirements and Skills
Technical Education: Geometra, Perito Industriale, Ingegnere, Architect.
Patente B and willingness to travel within Piemonte and Lombardia regions.
Additional Qualities: Organization, reliability, determination, and initiative.
