In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of our platform by enterprise customers in Italy. Your key responsibilities include owning the post-sales technical relationship, driving onboarding and deployment, and providing ongoing technical support and guidance.
About the Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 3+ years' experience in a technical, customer-facing role (TAM, CSM, Solutions Architect, etc.)
* Strong technical background, ideally in cybersecurity, networking, or cloud environments
* Proven success working with enterprise clients in post-sales lifecycle management
You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple technical stakeholders and work collaboratively with internal teams.
