Your opportunity
We are currently looking for a Industrial Facility & Construction Manager who will report to the Construction & Facility Senior Manager to join our team in Montebello (Vicenza).
How you will contribute?
1. The resource will be responsible for the operational management of the company's facilities, including buildings, offices and plants serving the factories and ateliers;
2. The role involves daily operational management, maintenance and control activities, combined with active participation in projects for the expansion and improvement of buildings and daily activities;
3. Coordinate architectural and technical projects along the entire process, from first steps to final delivery/execution, for manufacturing spaces/industrial production sites at different scales, from small relayout of an existing office/production line to the construction of a new industrial building;
4. Coordinate ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities on buildings and systems (electrical, HVAC, fire prevention, solvent extraction, dust extraction, compressed air, etc.);
5. Monitor the efficiency of the plants, plan interventions and optimize management costs, also through the coordination of an internal team and external maintenance teams;
6. Support the Facility team in assessment, selection and validation of contractors, vendors, engineering teams and any other external consultants;
7. Assist in defining budget forecast both planned/reactive maintenance. Keep tracked OPEX and CAPEX forecast with the controlling department, as well as reports and costs control;
8. Supervise the construction planning and its execution, also leading frequent on-site inspections, providing troubleshooting and ensuring perfect quality of delivery;
9. Collaborate with the RSPP/H&S Manager, Sustainability Manager, Plant Managers on the technical, operative and organizational activities according to the Testo Unico della Sicurezza D.Lgs.81/08 and ISO 45001.
Who you are?
10. University degree in Engineering, Architectural or equivalent
11. Strong Project management knowledge
12. Strong Building systems and processes knowledge
13. Strong knowledge, understanding and experience managing plant systems inside Industrial Buildings (MEP, compressed air, extraction, fire, photovoltaic, notifier, IT/data, TVCC, etc.)
14. Knowledge and understanding of Sustainability Principles & Rules in architecture besides the main building international classifications (ZEB, LEED, etc.)
15. Fluent in Italian and English
16. Microsoft Office (focused on Excel and Power Point), CAD, Adobe Photoshop, Project Management professional tools, etc
17. Excellent communication skills, able to communicate complex technical information
18. Team attitude ability and relational skills
19. Available to travel to the different sites in Italy
