4. General
The Compliance Office has the group responsibility for three compliance areas: Antitrust (competition law), Anti-corruption (bribery law), and Money Laundering (AML).
The Compliance Office within Group Function (GF) Legal Affairs & Compliance develops and maintains Ericsson’s ethics and compliance program. It also supports compliance teams in Market Areas and operational units, assisting in the execution and supervision of the program across all operating units and legal entities within the countries of responsibility.
5. What you will do
* Support Ericsson’s Third-Party Management program;
* Lead due diligence activities on third parties, including reviewing assessments, identifying red flags, proposing mitigation measures, and drafting reports. Perform compliance risk assessments and ongoing monitoring;
* Support Business Partner Review Boards (BPRBs) at Group and Market levels, presenting reports and acting as liaison as needed;
* Manage stakeholders internally and externally, coordinating with external providers and responding to feedback in the TPM process;
* Collect and assess due diligence materials, conduct interviews, and contribute to onsite third-party audits;
* Draft compliance reports and contribute to risk mitigation strategies and internal control improvements;
* Ensure documentation of risk assessments and mitigation plans;
* Conduct transaction monitoring and testing, review documentation;
* Maintain understanding of business activities, laws, and regulations; conduct training and provide updates on third-party risks;
* Perform other activities as assigned.
6. You will bring
* University degree suitable for compliance;
* Proficiency in English; second language desirable;
* 7+ years of experience in compliance, legal, audit, consulting, or corporate intelligence;
* Experience with third-party due diligence services is an advantage;
* Experience in drafting risk assessments and compliance reports;
* International experience and cultural awareness are a plus;
* Independent, goal-oriented, systematic working style;
* High integrity aligned with Ericsson values; empathetic and attentive;
* Excellent communication skills, including handling executive-level contacts.
