Job Description This is a contract role for a Talent Agent. The Talent Agent will be responsible for managing and scouting talent, acting as an A&R, booking shows, and facilitating communication between artists and clients. This is a hybrid role based in Milan, with a focus on the niche corporate and club scenes in Italy.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Knowledge of RnB, Soul, House, or Classical genres
Knowledge of music history and arrangements is a plus
Interest in fashion and art
Enthusiasm for challenging tasks and environments
Familiarity with the music and entertainment industry is an advantage

Fee-based ($100 to 35% on top of final costs)
