Your Opportunity

Smart working 50% of the time
As Cybersecurity Manager you'll be in charge of the implementation of all cyber security initiative programs, ensuring effectiveness of all Policies, Procedures and technologies related to information security. You will be heavily focused on main cyber security domains such as Identity & Access Management, IT Infrastructure Security, Information Security Governance, Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Test and Incident Management.
You will be also focused on coordinating the SOC services including the security technologies, acting as a point of contact among all stakeholders to manage incidents.
How will You contribute
You are in charge of:
- Design and implement Security Policies and Procedures (eg. IAM flows, etc.)
- Monitoring End Point Protection solutions (client and server)
- Maintain, improve processes and define guidelines to manage Vulnerabilities of Software Products and related Infrastructure
- Recommend appropriate measures to fix protection issues and reduce risks to an acceptable level
- Carry out interfacing activities between the the SOC and the internal structures, managing all communication aspects and structuring coordination (eg. Incident handling)
- Execute and or coordinate periodical Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Test
Who you are
You are a senior professional, comfortable working with technical partner and in structured organizations, able to influence and align internal organization.
You have:
- Master's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or similar
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in the role
- Strong knowledge of Cyber Security domains (IAM, Security Architecture, Security Infrastructure, Incident Management, etc.)
- Experience in Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Test
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Fluency in spoken and written Italian
- Certifications (eg. ISO 27001, etc)
