The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, project management, and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical supply chain (plasmaderivates as plus). This role within Global Supply Chain will work within an important industrial program of capacity expansion, focusing on Logistics dimensioning and activating needed new projects. He / She will focus on overseeing complex global logistics projects, at a global scale (US / Italy) in order to redesign the logistics network, quantifying needed capacity according to Industrial Plan. He / she's committed to analyze and redesign ensuring timely delivery of products, managing cross‐functional teams, and optimizing processes for better efficiency and cost‐effectiveness.What you'll doAnalyze and optimize logistics processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Lead and manage end-to-end logistics projects within the pharmaceutical sector, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with industry regulations.Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as procurement, production, supply chain, and regulatory teams, to ensure seamless supply chain operations.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, delivering results within set targets.Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior leadership.Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and policies within the pharmaceutical industry.Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure the continuity and security of the supply chain.Qualifications and need‐to‐knowMaster's degree in engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field (MBA as plus).Minimum of 7 years of experience in logistics and project management, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry (frozen temp.
