The company is also involved in other sectors, such as real estate and transportation. To strengthen our team in Bolzano, we are looking for an Insurance Manager (M/F/d). This is an exciting opportunity for an insurance professional who wants to actively participate in the implementation of our new internal insurance department. Main Responsibilities: - Analyze and assess business risks to determine insurance needs, laying the foundation for our internal insurance strategy. - Define and manage insurance policies to ensure adequate and efficient coverage, in a context of creating and internalizing activities; - Manage relationships with insurance companies, brokers, and other insurance service providers; - Negotiate and finalize insurance contracts while ensuring favorable terms and conditions; - Comprehensive claims management, from reporting to settlement, ensuring effective resolution; - Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant insurance regulations; - Manage the insurance budget and optimize costs; - Collaborate with other company departments to ensure integrated risk management; - Stay updated on developments in the insurance market and new regulations; - Selection, implementation, and management of insurance management software (familiarity with such processes will be a significant advantage). Desired Profile: - Proven experience of 2-5 years as an insurance expert or in a similar position; - In-depth knowledge of the Italian insurance market and different types of insurance policies; - Strong skills in analysis, negotiation, and problem-solving; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; - Precision, autonomy, and good time management skills; - Good knowledge of both written and spoken English, essential for understanding financing contracts and for interacting with the international insurance market.
