Latina is a leading centre of excellence in sterile liquid production, with a strategic investment plan to become one of Europe's foremost hubs. /p h3Your key responsibilities /h3 ul liPrepare data to support periodic call with the customers /li liUpdate Report of Customer Service and KPIs /li liCoordinate inner cross-functional meetings as part of the “Communication Improvement” project to identify and manage criticalities affecting the supply /li liCoordinate the implementation of Products Line extension and products configuration Change /li liEnter the Forecast and the orders in the system (Business on-going and New Business), according to standard contract time /li liCollect Forecast (on-going and new business) to support the BUDGET and SOP activities /li liAnalyse the request and send the order confirmation within contractual terms /li liMonitor the customers’ orders until the shipment and re-schedule the shipping dates in accordance with the guidelines established from the Corporate (OTD) /li liAnalyse the causes in case of OTD failure and provide solutions to avoid a recurrence of the event /li liOrganize the products shipment and pick-up /li liMaintain the Customer and the Product Master data /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Economy or Management Engineering (preferred) /li liExperience in Customer Service / Planning /li liKnowledge the of Supply Chain process /li liKnowledge of customer order management and demand analysis /li liExperience in data analysis (Excel, ERP) /li liAbility using Excel to process analysis, compare data and prepare graphics /li liAbility to prepare power point presentations /li liFluent in English and Italian /li liAPICS certification (preferred) /li liSense of responsibility and perseverance /li liTime management and planning skills and aptitude to respect deadlines /li liExcellent listening and learning skill, with the ability to manage information /li liAnalytical thinking and problem-solving skills /li liAptitude to work in a complex environment being flexible towards people and situations /li /ul h3Your motivation /h3 pAre you looking for new challenges in a highly competitive environment?
