3. Constantly evaluate the store’s environment and customer’s needs.

5. Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.

Experience :

10. We will provide training, encouragement, and supervision to all new servers
11. Uniforms supplied to all team members

Basic Qualifications :
12. Pleasantly engage with customers helping them having an outstanding experience
13. Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team environment.
14. Maintain high energy, a strong work ethic, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
15. Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
16. Meet store operating policies and standards that include providing quality beverages, desserts, and handling of cash.
17. Available to perform many different tasks during each shift.
