Job Title: Junior CEO Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Junior CEO Assistant to provide exceptional support to the CEO Office at Alfasigma. This role requires a high level of discretion, reliability, and strong organizational skills.


Key Responsibilities:

* Calendar Management: Assist in managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
* Purchase Orders: Handle purchase orders using SAP and Concur.
* Office Maintenance: Oversee office maintenance and related administrative tasks.
* Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries and manage travel expenses for the CEO and Chief of Staff.
* Meetings Coordination: Organize meetings, including sending calendar invitations and booking meeting rooms.
* Reporting and Data Analysis: Support in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis using Excel and PowerPoint.
* Operational Tasks: Assist in day-to-day operational tasks as required.
* Credentials and Legal: Coordinate with accountants, finance, and legal representatives on behalf of the principal.
* Personal Matters: Provide general assistance in managing personal and family-related matters.
* Private Travel: Support with private travel arrangements and coordination of service providers as needed.
* Ad-Hoc Projects: Manage ad-hoc projects related to personal matters.
* Document Handling: Ensure the secure handling and storage of confidential documents and contracts.


Requirements:

* Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate setting.
* Language Proficiency: Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written).
* Autonomy and Initiative: Demonstrates a high level of autonomy, initiative, and independence.
* Discretion and Confidentiality: Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
* Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Calendar, PowerPoint, Excel).
* Problem-Solving and Organization: Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.


Location:

Milan, with availability to travel to Bologna
