Activities may include designing or delivering specialized training resources to appropriate resources. /li /ul h3Processes /h3 ul liOwn the entire change and release lifecycle, collaborating with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to guarantee proper testing, documentation, and scheduling. /li /ul h3People Talent /h3 ul liLead and co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment Plans and checklists. /li liRelease management allows for distinctive but connected aspects of a project-like design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and more. /li liCoordinate planning and preparation for Deployment. /li /ul h3Risk Management /h3 ul liProficient in Methods and techniques for the assessment and management of business risk including safety-related risk. /li liA DevOps release manager should be well-versed in risk management and compliance practices. /li /ul h3Governance /h3 ul liActs as process owner for the change management process. Leads the assessment and analysis of change based on requests for change. /li liRegular communication and updates ensure everyone stays informed and accountable throughout the Salesforce release process. /li /ul h3Regulatory Business Conduct /h3 ul liDisplay exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. /li liTake personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
