TheNetSuite Administrator will report to the Manager of IT & ERP Systems and work closely withthe Accounting and Finance team. This role will partner with cross-functional teams within the Company to lead through system and acquisition integrations.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Lead key system and acquisition integrations to optimize business efficiency.
Convert functional / business requirements into technical NetSuite solutions.
Manage system enhancement projects, audit and end-user reviews, training, and change management support
Write complex queries to support projects and approved reporting requests.
Develop import templates and perform manual imports when an integrated solution is not an option.
Support and train end users to identify best solutions and drive system improvement
Working with integrated applications such as SFDC, UKG, Concur, Avalara, FloQast, Adaptive and other integrations
Compliance
Ensure role security and system integration integrity to support audit and regulatory requirements.
Own the deployment of system releases/upgrades
Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to history tables.
Ensure consistent day-to-day maintenance of applications
Process & Discipline
Assist with implementation of system internal controlsand efficiencies. Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
Identify unused or underutilized platform features
Contribute to platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
User support tickets
Monitor and improve user adoption
Sandbox environment management
Provide expert advice to the Sales, Accounting and Legal teams regarding system workflows.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with five-seven years of relatedprogressiveexperience in accounting or finance, systemsroles
Expert knowledge of NetSuite ERP system
Understanding of U.S. GAAP accounting principles
Ability to present and explain complex technicaltopics,issuesand alternative solutions to others
Possess strong leadership skills; Able to develop and maintain positive relationships across all levels within the organization.
Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and time management skills
Preferred:
Experience with ticket management & CRM solutions (Zendesk, Salesforce)
Certified NetSuite Administrator
Physical Requirements:
Able to work at a computer and monitor (sitting and standing) for extended periods
Ability to reason, judge, compare, calculate, evaluate, and critique such information as written materials, numerical data, responses to customer needs, and/or other work-related activities.
Ability to complete work in an acceptable timeframe; manage various detailed tasks and responsibilities simultaneously and with accuracy to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives; satisfy internal and external customer needs related to the job.
Ability to operate telephone equipment and respond to calls and in-person inquiries.
Ability to move about the office with occasional reaching and bending
Ability to use a keyboard and computer. This requirement involves reading the screen and keying/typing information.
Ability to speak and make presentations to individuals or groups on technical subjects related to the job
