Work Schedule
Shifts: Monday to Saturday, including bank holidays, between 08:00 and 19:00 (rotational shifts)
Days Off: Sunday + 1 rotational day off per week
Salary & Compensation
Base Salary: 1,024 per 14 months
* Performance Bonus: 225 per 12 months
* Position Bonus (Braga only): 20 per 12 months
* Meal Allowance: 7.23 per working day
* Transport Allowance: 20 per month
* Health Insurance: Coverage starts from Day 1 (monthly contribution required), free after 6 months
* Relocation Support: Provided for eligible candidates relocating within Portugal
Your Role
As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers. You'll handle inquiries, manage reservations, resolve technical issues, and ensure every interaction aligns with the company's high standards of service and professionalism.

* Communicate across multiple channels: phone, email, chat, and social media
* Tailor communication to reflect brand tone and customer needs
* Handle escalations with empathy and a customer-first mindset
* Log and manage all customer interactions with attention to detail
Who You Are
* Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
* Experience in customer service or sales support (preferred)
* Tech-savvy and comfortable with troubleshooting digital tools
* Skilled in communication and multitasking
* Resilient and calm under pressure, with a proactive attitude
