**Job Summary**:
The Catholic Music Director is responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading music for Catholic Masses and related liturgical events at Aviano Air Base. This role involves selecting appropriate music, directing choirs, and working closely with the Catholic Chaplain. **Key Responsibilities**: - Lead and direct music for **two (2) Catholic Masses per week** (Saturday evening and Sunday morning).
- Provide **one (1) rehearsal per week** and additional rehearsals as needed.
- Provide music for **Holy Days of Obligation** and special services as scheduled.
- Select, arrange, and perform music in coordination with the Catholic Chaplain.
- Recruit, train, and rehearse with choirs, cantors, and musicians.
- Ensure all music aligns with Catholic liturgical traditions.
- Maintain professional conduct and comply with base regulations. **Schedule**: - ** Saturday**: Evening Mass + pre-service setup
