Crédit Agricole Italia seeks a junior HR specialist to support the HR department.

• Learn and assist in key HR processes and projects.
• Collaborate with HR Manager and project leads.
• Contribute to organizational sizing and monitor related metrics.
• Prepare monitoring reports and basic data analysis.

Minimum education: Bachelor degree (or master) in humanities, economics‑legal, or management engineering.

Preferred experience: study abroad or work experience in multinational environments.

• Precision and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
