The Director of IT reports to the General Manager. /ppAs Director of IT, you will be responsible for the following duties: /pulliDevelop and execute the property’s IT strategy, ensuring alignment with operational goals, guest experience standards, and long-term business objectives. /liliOversee the daily operation and security of all IT systems, including network infrastructure, servers, PMS, POS, telephony, Wi-Fi, and guest-facing technologies. /liliEnsure robust data protection and cybersecurity protocols are in place, continuously monitored, and regularly updated to protect all sensitive information. /liliManage IT projects and system upgrades, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth implementation and minimal disruption. /liliProvide responsive IT support to all departments, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and maintaining operational continuity. /liliLead the IT budget planning and asset management, including procurement, software licensing, contract negotiation, and cost efficiency. /liliEnsure full compliance with legal, corporate, and regulatory requirements, such as data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR) and payment security standards (e.g., PCI-DSS). /liliTrain and guide property teams on IT systems and digital tools, promoting user competence and digital literacy across the organization. /liliCollaborate closely with department heads to understand their technology needs and identify digital solutions that enhance efficiency and service delivery. /liliStay updated on technology trends in hospitality, evaluating and recommending innovations that improve operations, guest experience, and security. /li /ulpstrongWhat we expect from you as Director of IT: /strong /pulliProven experience in a senior IT leadership role, preferably within luxury hospitality or multi-outlet operations. /liliStrong knowledge of hospitality systems such as PMS, POS, CRM, VOIP, and guest-facing technologies. /liliExpertise in IT infrastructure, network security, and data protection best practices. /liliExcellent project management skills and the ability to lead complex system integrations or migrations. /liliA strategic mindset with hands-on capabilities and a solution-driven approach. /liliStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels and departments. /liliA high level of discretion, reliability, and commitment to confidentiality and data integrity. /liliAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment with high service expectations. /liliFluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. /liliDegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; certifications in cybersecurity or network administration are a plus. /li /ulpstrongOur commitment to you /strong /pulliLearning Development: Your success is our success.
