A protagonist of the main strategic programs at a global level, it is a technological and industrial partner of Governments, Defense Administrations, Institutions and companies.Within the **Space Division**, we are looking for a **Test Equipment Mechanical Engineer** for our office in **Campi Bisenzio (FI).**The person will mainly deal with the design and construction of production lines.**The person will be responsible for:*** Participating in concurrent activities with project engineering* Participating in reviews with the client* Designing and commissioning line equipment, both mechanical and optical (TGSE with thermal support, MGSE with mechanical support, OGSE with optical support) and related to TVC set-ups* Performing structural and thermal analyses of equipment* Supporting the execution of product qualification tests (TVC, vibrations...) both internally and at external suppliers* Supporting the integration phase on the satellite* Designing packaging for the shipment of components and products* Contributing to the start-up and validation phases of production lines and supporting their training* Designing test equipment for assemblies, products and systems* Issuing packing/unpacking procedures, set-up assembly procedures and commissioning reports* Issuing technical specifications for special GSE (lifting systems, handlers, ...)**Education:*** Master's Degree in STEM (preferably Mechanical and/or Aerospace Engineering)**Required experience level:*** Junior: 1-3 years of experience in the role**Technical skills and knowledge:*** Mechanical design* Structural and thermal analysis* Reading mechanical drawings* Drafting assembly procedures**Behavioral skills:*** Teamwork* Analytical thinking* Detail orientation* Organization* Effective communication**Language skills:*** English (min.
