Reporting to the Legal Corporate Affairs Director, this role provides legal and compliance support, contributing to internal controls and regulatory compliance with a focus on Legislative Decree 231/2001 and GDPR. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppbr / /pulliEnsure compliance with internal policies and Italian legal requirements, including duties under Legislative Decree 231/2001 /liliProvide operational legal support on contract drafting, negotiation, claims and litigation (currently focused on UK projects under English law). /liliSupport internal audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments. /liliProvide legal advice to Permasteelisa SpA departments. /liliAssist the functional leader in stakeholder reporting. /liliSupport compliance with GDPR requirements. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongSkills Qualifications /strong /ppbr / /pulli3–5 years in compliance, legal, audit or governance roles. /liliExperience in commercial contracts, compliance with Legislative Decree 231/2001, GDPR/privacy and internal controls. /liliStrong legal research, drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliLaw degree. /liliFluency in Italian and English. /liliKnowledge of construction law is a plus. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWork Location /strong /ppbr / /ppVittorio Veneto (TV) – Full-time with 1 day per week remote work option /p
