Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aesthetics Your role at KIKO MILANO We are looking for a Junior CRM Campaign Specialist who is attentive to detail, comfortable working with numbers and data, and brings creativity to the table. This role will assist in planning, executing, and improving marketing campaigns across multiple channels. In this position, you will collaborate closely with several cross-functional teams to execute impactful campaigns that enhance engagement. In particular, you will: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring global marketing campaigns Assist with campaign setup via email, SMS, Whats App, and future channels. Conduct basic research on target audiences, competitors, and trends Help manage marketing campaign calendars, timelines, and deliverables Track campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, BI, internal tools) Create campaign reports and share insights with internal teams regularly. Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and external partners to ensure timely asset delivery Oversee email campaign testing, audience segmentation, and optimization recommendations Provide support for ongoing local activations by managing the process comprehensively from initial briefing through to final delivery Support journey testing, execution, and performance tracking What you will need to succeed Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) Min 2 years of experience in campaign execution Basic understanding of marketing funnels and email marketing Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and business intelligence platforms, along with a strong sensitivity to data insights Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for conveying key insights Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks based on timelines Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of M. Office suite Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools is required, with a preference for Klaviyo Data-driven mindset with interest in optimization and experimentation Demonstrated proficiency in the English language We would love if you had Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Strong analytical mindset combined with business acumen and an ability to communicate complex findings clearly. Strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and drive to build innovative, data-led customer strategies.
