Reporting to the Senior Plant and Business Controller, his/her role is to carry out the day to day activities within the business to ensure the tasks are delivered accurately and on time. This includes getting all the Manufacturing and Financial information ready at any time, developing new management tools, getting information about changes that could impact in forecasts or KPIs and providing feedback on actuals, deviations, best practices and trends. /pulliEnsuring monthly closing activities (PL bridge versus budget and prior year); /liliPreparing reporting and forecasting for the plant on a weekly or monthly basis, with accurate information and timely delivery; /liliPreparing budget and monthly sales forecast, including sales variances analysis, sales margin and pricing review; /liliCalculating product costs and monitoring correct accounting of expenses; /liliAnalyzing cost deviations coming from production issues (productivity, scrap...); /liliValidating the Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma projects: cost analysis, savings and economic variability; /liliManaging the stock take, both monthly cycle-counts and wall-to-wall at year end: scheduling, supervising the counting process, auditing the process, analyzing data; /liliAnswering and ensuring compliance of requirements in external internal Audits. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliDegree in Business Administration, Management Engineering and/or Financial background; /liliNice to have: 2 years experience in Industrial Controlling; /liliFluent in Italian and in English, both spoken and written (minimum B2); /liliNice to have: a third language (either French or Spanish); /liliPerfect command of MS Suite (strong Excel), HFM, BI Data Warehousing; /liliGood knowledge of further IT tools to manage and develop cost control reporting; knowledge of Oracle ERP highly appreciated; /liliStrong analytical skills, proven ability in presenting and communicating data and results; /liliAbility to work in cross-functional teams, goal orientation, proactivity. /li /ulpExide offers: joining a multinational company, interesting salary package, company meals service, hybrid work, possibility to grow in Industrial Controlling (cross-country projects and environement). /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
