Summary
The new resource will be part of the Knauf Italy Marketing & Product Team and will carry out the following activities:
* Management and optimization of CRM systems with the aim of supporting and developing the CRM culture in the company organization.
* Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
* Work on improving customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
* Track and report on key CRM metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement
* Train staff on how to use the CRM system and provide ongoing support
Qualifications:
* At least 3 years of experience in CRM
* Educational background in Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
* Knowledge of CRM platforms (i.e., Sales Force)
Data analysis, CRM segmentation, data extraction and query capabilities
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
* Fluency in both Italian and English
