Master's degree in Electrical, Electronic or Energy Engineering with a strong foundation in power electronics; a PhD is considered a plusProfessional experience inpower electronics design, ideally within medium-to-large companies focused on power electronic applicationsExperience withmicrogrids, parallel converter connections and power sharing is an advantageSolid skills with simulation tools such asPlec s, MATLAB/Simulink, LTspice/Qspice, MathcadProven ability to work inmultidisciplinary, agile R&D environments with hands‐on product development experienceStrongcommunication skills in English; Italian proficiency is preferredA proactive, flexible, and creative mindset, with a passion for problem‐solving and teamwork in an international context
