Job Description: Adecco Credit & Banking is currently recruiting for an International Bank based in Milan for the position of Data Analyst Customer Intelligence. Within the Customer Intelligence team, you will support senior team members with the following activities: Defining targets for commercial campaigns in collaboration with business and marketing teams. Conducting ad hoc analysis on individual clients to identify needs, behaviors, potential development opportunities, and churn prevention. Tracking campaigns and analyses, and identifying relevant KPIs to support the business in commercial activities based on client characteristics. Supporting the definition and implementation of bank strategies. Collaborating with international teams to identify best practices and harmonize processes across countries. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements: Bachelor's degree, preferably in statistics, finance, or mathematics. Fluent in English. Good knowledge of SAS programming language, statistical and ML tools; knowledge of Python is a plus. Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in data analytics is considered a plus. We offer a fixed-term contract until November 2025, due to maternity leave, which can be extended.
