The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily engineering operations and addressing any technical issues that may arise.

* Proven experience in a similar role on yachts
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* MCU engine and Jet Drive - KAMEWA experience
