MaW S.p.A. Divisione Search & Selection, Polo di Bergamo – Gorlago (BG) is recruiting a CUSTOMER SERVICE & INTERNAL SALES professional to support Sales Managers with back‑office commercial activities. The role focuses on preparing offers, pricing and updating sales catalogues, while also acting as the sole commercial contact for assigned clients.
Responsibilities
* Receive and analyze client RFQs.
* Prepare and send offers, including pricing and quotation tasks.
* Analyze sales data and portfolio of orders.
* Upload and update sales catalogues in the company system.
* Conduct periodic visits and calls to assigned clients and prepare visit reports.
* Collaborate with the Quality Office on customer complaint management.
* Support Commercial Management in sales budget activities.
Qualifications
* Secondary school education.
* Previous experience in a similar role within structured companies (experience in the sector is a plus).
* Fluency in English.
* Willingness to undertake brief, occasional travel.
* Excellent organizational, proactive and problem‑solving skills.
