PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field, or equivalent practical experience At least 5 years of proven experience as an AI research engineer or more than 2 years of experience and a PhD Proven record of contributing to AI publications, highlighting a keen understanding of cutting‑edge research Expertise in generative modeling, including autoregressive transformers, diffusion models, or VAEs Expertise in reinforcement learning, particularly RLHF, multi‑agent systems, or reward modeling Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) Deep understanding of experimental design, statistical significance testing, and large‑scale A/B experimentation
Nice to Have
