Ph3About the role /h3pFor our Recruitment Center team based in bAlba (CN) /b, we are looking for a passionate, enthusiast bRecruiting Specialist /b to support us attracting the best talents! /ppThe position reports to the bRecruitment Center Manager /b and will be dedicated to bRecruitment and Employer Branding /b activities for bFerrero Italy /b. /ph3Main responsibilities /h3pCovering the position of Recruiting Specialist, you will be responsible for brecruitment end to end /b and will independently manage the bfull selection process /b: collection of business needs and kick-off meeting, advertisement of the vacancy, CV screening, interviews, candidates’ assessment and feedback. /ppStep by step, you will guarantee a transparent, effective, consistent, structured, and fully digitalized process, in compliance with GDPR regulations. /ppAs the bpoint of reference for the recruitment journey /b, you will interact with different stakeholders, partnering with colleagues and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. /ppMoreover, you will be an active contributor to the recruitment digital transformation by taking care of digital data quality and KPIs analysis, enabling the continuous improvement of our processes. /ppbEmployer Branding /b is part of the Team scope, too. We will organise and participate to Career Days, Job Fairs and events, partnering with universities.
