We are looking for an E-commerce Manager to lead and grow our Direct-to-Consumer sales channel. This is a hands‐on role, combining strategic vision with operational execution. Your primary goal will be to drive traffic, increase conversion rates and boost sales, while consistently enhancing the Customer Experience.You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations and Customer Service teams, as well as coordinate with our web agency.Key Responsibilities
Implement and execute the D2C sales strategyManage and optimize the e-commerce platformManage and update the product catalog - product pages, content, images, descriptions, SEOPlan and execute digital marketing and email marketing campaignsOptimize sales performance, conversion rates, and the overall Customer ExperienceMonitor sales performance, conversion rates and the overall Customer ExperienceTrack and analyze channel KPIs, producing regular reportsCollaborate with Operations to plan and monitor inventoryWork with Customer Service to improve processes and customer satisfactionCoordinate with Marketing and Sales to ensure an integrated commercial strategyIdentify opportunities for growth and optimization
Requirements
3+ years of experience in e-commerce roles – preferably in cycling, sports or lifestyle industriesStrong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify, others); experience in replatforming projects is a plusSolid understanding of digital marketing tools and email marketing automationAbility to work both strategically and operationallyA results-oriented approach with strong analytical skillsExcellent command of EnglishPlus: passion for cycling and sports products
