For our Knitwear Plant we are looking for a Washing Operator to join our team based in Padernello di Paese (TV), specializing in Knitwear garments.
Your Impact
The Washing Operator will be responsible for overseeing the washing process of knitwear garments. The person will be responsible for maintaining the high-quality washing standards of the commissioned garments.
Activities :
* Classify garments to be washed based on fabric composition and washing instructions
* Monitor and adjust washing cycles, including temperature, duration, and mechanical action, to ensure optimal results
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow while adhering to quality and safety standards
Qualifications
Who We Are Looking For :
* Degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or a related field
* Technical knowledge of knitwear products
* Strong knowledge of washing process
* 3-5 years of experience in a Fashion & Luxury structured organizations, in the same or similar role
* Knowledge of different washing techniques based on fabric compositions
* Excellent communication skills, acute attention to detail and collaborative attitude
* Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
* High degree of autonomy
