As Commercial Finance Manager you will be accountable for providing strategic financial performance analysis and business partner support to the Italy & Greece Business Units, including the Business Unit Directors, Sales Leadership, Customer Marketing and Revenue Growth Management (RGM). Whilst driving a culture of performance across the business you will also be accountable to simplify and standardise processes and tools in line with the regional model always ensuring strong stewardship and governance.You will be an integral member of the Finance team within the South Cluster and Europe and LAC region. You will play a key role in supporting business decisions through the optimization of trade investments and processes that will result in superior business performance. In doing so, you will play a key role in creating the legacy of the Bacardi business.The role is based in Milan, with a large percentage of time interacting with the local teams as well as Cluster and Regional Finance. You will be expected to understand the business from the bottom up. Some travel will be required, primarily within Italy, Greece and within the South Cluster.

Provide timely analysis on performance drivers versus comparatives from Volumes to Gross Profit including detailed Business Unit reporting and insights at Channel, Customer, Brand, and SKU levelManage the P&L; for each Business Unit from Gross Sales down to Earnings from Operations – with the support of the Cluster Performance Management team and BES CoE'sSupport commercial teams with management/control of pricing, discounts, and trade spend opportunities and effectiveness incl. approvals of spend and rebate managementLead the financial budgeting and planning process for the commercial team, ensuring that pricing, discount and Trade spends are reflected accurately and are executed according to planIdentify, evaluate and communicate risks and opportunities to the business in a timely mannerContinuously look to reduce complexity and simplify our processes across planning, reporting, performance measurement and including how we use our supporting systems and tools (i.e. SAP, BI, Anaplan, Amalia etc.) to drive greater focus on value added business partneringEnsure adequacy of controls across GTN and strong stewardship and compliance. Ensure audits (internally and externally) are fully supported and action plans are being addressed (incl. SOX)Work closely with the regional Integrated Business Planning (IBP/Anaplan) team to address challenges and find optimisations in the use of the Anaplan systemBuild and foster solid business partnering relationships with internal and external customersProvide stewardship of the Financial Commercial strategy as executed within the Business UnitsWork closely with Supply Chain and other functions to ensure robust cross functional S&OP; process and valorisationActive participation in the Regional Commercial Finance network team
