Location: Milan (on‑site)
Contract: Fixed Term— part‑time (approx. 20 h/week) in the afternoon, with a fixed base plus a performance‑based commission on revenues
Your Role in Our Mission
* Oversee the daily operations of our first GoStudent Tuition Centre, ensuring smooth scheduling and top‑quality services
* Build and lead a local team of tutors and education advisors, fostering an engaging and supportive environment
* Drive local marketing and sales initiatives to grow our customer base and achieve ambitious revenue targets
* Nurture relationships with students and parents to ensure excellent learning outcomes and high satisfaction
* Monitor key performance indicators and use data‑driven insights to optimise results
* Maintain a welcoming, safe and well‑functioning learning space for students and staff
