On behalf of a Fashion Luxury Company, we are looking for a: Department Manager The ideal candidate is a dynamic and highly goal-oriented professional with previous experience as a Department Manager or Floor Manager, gained within the Fashion and/or Luxury sectors for a modern and structured retail chain. The Department Manager reports directly to the Store Manager. Responsibilities Leadership Presence: Lead by example as a transformational mentor who drives sales excellence, fosters a positive team culture, and ensures seamless communication and top-tier service standards; Deliver the Customer Experience : Cultivate a high-performance selling environment by coaching the team to deliver transformational experiences, personalizing the customer journey to drive repeat business, and ensuring service standards that prioritize long-term client relationships; Represent the Brand : Serve as a brand ambassador, maintaining visual and operating standards, and leveraging in-store technology to deliver a consistent lifestyle experience; Operational Excellence : Perform store opening and closing procedures, manage accurate POS transactions and inventory functions, and adhere to company policies with a focus on loss prevention and operational integrity; Drive the Business & Deliver Results : Maximize sales performance and floor productivity, managing resources and cultivate relationships to drive business growth. Requirements At least 4 years of experience in Luxury or Fashion environments; Strong personal selling and customer relations experience; Very good knowledge of English is a must.
