We are looking for a Designer to join our Design team and work throughout the entire footwear collection development process. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, technical skills, and a strong background in luxury footwear design, contributing to concept development, research, design execution, and collection follow-through.Main activities:Lead the product design process for footwear collections from initial concept to final development, ensuring alignment with brand vision and commercial goalsDrive in-depth research on global trends, materials, leathers, fabrics, colors, and construction techniques, translating insights into innovative design proposalsDevelop and present mood boards, creative concepts, and seasonal design directionsCreate detailed technical drawings, specifications, and fashion illustrations for product developmentLead and actively participate in fittings and product reviews, ensuring design intent, fit, quality, and feasibilityInterface directly with suppliers and factories, providing technical guidance and overseeing sample developmentBuild and maintain a structured archive of design materials, references, and prototypes to support collection developmentCollaborate cross-functionally with development, merchandising, and production teams to ensure coherence between creative vision and industrial executionPropose new ideas, constructions, and materials to continuously evolve the collection while respecting brand identityMonitor prototype progress and ensure timely follow-up with all stakeholders involved in the development process#J-*****-Ljbffr
