Your Responsibilities:
* Take full ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle – from initial needs assessment to contract signing.
* Design and implement innovative recruiting strategies to identify, attract, and engage top talents.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and service providers to broaden our talent pipeline.
* Act as a trusted advisor to our leaders on all matters related to talent acquisition and selection.
* Continuously optimize and enhance recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
Your Profile:
* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field – or a comparable qualification.
* At least 3 to 5 years of hands-on recruiting experience, we will evalute profile coming from Head Hunting/Recruiting companies or from recruiter role in Multinational Company
* Up to date with the latest recruiting trends, tools, and sourcing methods.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, paired with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
* Proficiency in HR systems, ideally Workday.
* Fluent in English (minimum C1), German will be considered an advantage.
