Work as a Payroll Specialist
We are seeking an experienced payroll specialist to join our team in the administrative/HR department.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in personnel administration, preferably in a multi-site or store environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
* Monitoring and managing employee attendance records
* Processing payroll (approximately 120 records)
* Managing fifth-part payment applications
* Providing operational support to the Labour Consultant
* Updating and archiving employee documentation
* Supporting general HR administrative tasks
Required skills and qualifications:
* Prior experience in personnel administration
* Excellent knowledge of labour laws and related pay obligations
* Familiarity with computer tools and software for attendance tracking and payroll processing, particularly Teamsystem
* Accuracy, confidentiality, and organizational skills
* Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees and external consultants
