Location: San Giovanni in Persiceto (BO) – Randstad Gear Box and dedicated technical labs.
Course Duration: 168 hours full‑time.
Course Cost: Free.
Future Employment: Upon successful completion, candidates may be selected for a fixed‑term temporary contract at Maranello (MO) with Ferrari.
Course Structure and Responsibilities
The training is organised into theoretical front‑line lessons and laboratory practical sessions. Participants will meet Ferrari technicians and visit the production plant for a comprehensive overview of automotive finishing. At the end of the course, instructors will assess competencies in collaboration with Ferrari staff.
What You’ll Learn
* Technical skills: material characteristics, preparation techniques.
* Defect management and quality parameters: optical evaluation.
* Practical labs: sanding and polishing of repainted surfaces, localized paint inspections, and other supports.
* Company culture: understanding Ferrari’s values and excellence objectives.
Qualifications
* High school diploma, preferably technical (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive, Electrical, Electronics).
* Passion for the automotive sector and strong motivation.
* Availability for shift work, including overnight shifts.
* Excellent manual dexterity.
