Business Process Analyst

The Business Process Analyst is here to have a role in the Engineering Team and drive the process optimizations of the company by analyzing and identifying improvements and best practices to support our change and growth.

**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:
- Map, re-engineer and optimize our business processes;
- Draft the operational documentation to describe the process-flows and to provide working tools to our operational staff;
- Coordinate closely with sennder's internal departments.
**PREFERABLY YOU ARE**:
- Graduated either in business administration or engineering;
- Excellent verbal and written communicator, both in Italian and in English;
- Able to to work independently with G-Suite and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Experienced in the transport/logistic industry;
- Logical thinker, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple demanding and time-sensitive tasks simultaneously;
- An extremely proactive self-starter, with good organizational and interpersonal skills, and a great team spirit;
- Strongly biased to action, eager to "get things done"
- Strong in running analyses independently, and in translating them into actionable insights;
- Experienced in project coordination, business process reengineering and change management.
