Mission As an OEM Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the OEM Sales Manager in managing customer relationships, sales processes, and business development initiatives. You will be responsible for handling sales operations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of customer orders. Your role will contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and business growth in the OEM sector. Job Description Support the OEM Sales Manager in managing key customer accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. Assist in developing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities within the OEM sector. Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and contractual agreements. Process and track customer orders, ensuring on-time delivery and resolution of any issues. Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments (logistics, finance, product management) to facilitate smooth operations. Maintain and analyze sales data, forecasts, and customer insights to drive business decisions. Provide technical and commercial support to customers by addressing inquiries and requests. Assist in coordinating and participating in trade fairs, dealer presentations, and industry networking events. Monitor and follow up on open quotations, customer engagements, and pending orders to ensure conversion. Ensure proper documentation and compliance related to sales contracts, certifications, and international trade regulations. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to enhance OEM customer engagement and sales campaigns. Experience Skills & Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in sales support, account management, or business development. Background in OEM sales, B2B sales, or industrial sales environments preferred. Experience with ERP (SAP preferred) and CRM systems for sales tracking and order management. Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage customer interactions. Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Solid understanding of sales operations, forecasting, and order management. Ability to interpret sales data and provide strategic insights. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset. Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Additional training in sales strategy or business development is a plus. Languages (one of the first four should be native, not mandatory to speak all) Fluent in English (mandatory). Fluent in either German or Italian (native preferred). Additional European languages (e.g., French or Spanish) are a plus.
