On behalf of our client, a leading integrated events agency, we are seeking a talented and hands-on Art Director with a strong foundation in branding and graphic design, ideally with experience in live events, activations, and experiential campaigns .
This is a key creative role suited for someone who can seamlessly bridge conceptual thinking with design execution, delivering impactful visuals across brand, print, digital, and environmental formats.
Applicants must be willing to relocate to Dubai.
Role Overview
As Art Director, you will take the creative lead on event branding projects—from concept to completion—while remaining actively involved in the design process. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns and experiences that are both visually compelling and strategically aligned.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the creative development of branding and visual identity for events, activations, and integrated campaigns
Design key visuals, event collateral, stage graphics, large-format print materials, and digital content
Interpret client briefs and translate them into bold, effective design solutions
Work closely with producers, strategists, and account teams to ensure creative consistency across all deliverables
Oversee junior designers and external suppliers, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines
Present creative ideas confidently to both internal teams and clients
Candidate Profile
5+ years of experience in graphic design and art direction, preferably within an events, brand experience, or creative agency environment
A strong portfolio showcasing branding, experiential, and large-format work
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
motion or 3D design is a plus
Excellent understanding of layout, typography, color, and print production processes
Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong presentation, communication, and team collaboration skills
