Ensure full alignment with Stellantis standards, operational requirements, and strategic business objectives. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liEstablish, maintain, and drive a solid governance structure to ensure effective execution of the TA Improvement Plan. /li liCoordinate and oversee end-to-end project activities across regions, functions, and stakeholders. /li liDefine, track, and manage project schedules, milestones, KPIs, and deliverables, ensuring compliance with Stellantis methodologies and quality standards. /li liCollaborate closely with Technical Assistance teams to support process improvements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure operational readiness. /li liPrepare, maintain, and validate all project-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness. /li liPromote strong communication and collaboration across cross‑functional and cross‑regional teams. /li liMonitor project progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, propose mitigation plans, and implement corrective actions when needed. /li liConsolidate and report project status, achievements, risks, and improvement areas to management on a regular basis. /li liEnsure alignment with change management practices, supporting training and adoption of new processes or tools. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul li5-7 years of experience in project management, technical assistance, or aftersales operations within the automotive sector. /li liSolid understanding of service processes in automotive dealerships, including customer reception, diagnosis, repair workflow, and aftersales support. /li liProven ability to manage complex, multi‑regional projects involving multiple stakeholders. /li liStrong skills in project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting, with a focus on simplification, efficiency, and process improvement. /li liGood knowledge of aftersales operations and organizational structures within automotive networks, preferably within Stellantis. /li liIn‑depth understanding of technical assistance processes, support workflows, and ICT tools for process management. /li liFamiliarity with network organization, dealer operations, and change management practices. /li liFluent in English, with excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration capabilities. /li liPrevious experience leading aftersales or technical assistance projects is required. /li /ul h3Position Location /h3 pCountry: Europe, Italy /p pCity: Rivalta di Torino /p h3Candidate Criteria /h3 ul liMinimum level of experience required: 5 to 10 years /li liLanguages: English (Fluent (3,5 - 4,4 Bright)) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
