Project description
The project requires Luxoft to support the client for their Kondor applications across sites. It will be a Managed Services Support project
Responsibilities
Maintain the status quo of the application
Should be able to troubleshoot the issues on day to day basis
Should be eager to learn new business
Should be motivated and work as a team member
Skills
Must have
* Experience as a Kondor Technical Consultant
* Strong knowledge of Kondor architecture (technical, standalone & cloud)
* 4–7 years of technical experience in Kondor / Finastra solutions
* Implement technical requirements with development teams
* Collaborate with functional teams, operations, and IT stakeholders
* Support deployment, configuration, testing, and post-production
* Coordinate with external teams for releases, patches, and testing
* Provide production support and troubleshooting
* Maintain technical documentation (architecture, configuration, operations)
* Report status and issues to the team leader
