* Be accountable for production in case of issues related to material and process.
* Be the main point of contact for material measurement analysis and data compilation.
* Support process changes or studies using appropriate statistical techniques.
* Interface with all other engineering components within the company, as well as with customers and suppliers, on quality-related issues.
* Provide support to other members of the Quality Engineering team.
* Help maintain the Nonconforming and Supplier Nonconforming Programs.
* Collaborate on Supplier Quality issue management.
* Handle and maintain calibration of Quality equipment.
* Participate in the preventive maintenance program.
* Document inspection results according to Quality Procedures.
* Perform statistical analysis of data.
* Engage in continuous improvement of all Quality Management Systems related to Medical Devices.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering: Electronic, Electrical, or Biomedical.
* Knowledge of QMS standards ISO9001 and ISO13485 (applicable for Healthcare) is preferred; biomedical background is also accepted.
* Knowledge of quality assurance activities in manufacturing:
o Non-conformance handling, root cause analysis, CAPA
o Product, tool, and process validation methods
o Data analysis
o pFMEA
* Candidate must be self-directed, detail-oriented, dependable, trustworthy, and capable of working independently while being highly motivated.
* Knowledge of electronic components.
* Ability to read and understand technical reports, specifications, and 2D part drawings.
