This is not a traditional employment role. It is a founder pathway for individuals who want to commit to launching a startup as a long‑term professional move, with access to structure, experienced partners, and capital. Wolver Ventures’ managing partners have participated in more than 400 early‑stage investments across multiple sectors. Through Wolver Launcher, selected founders gain the framework and support to move from idea to company formation and early traction. What You Will Work On During the program, you will: Form or join a complementary founding team Identify and validate a scalable B2B opportunity Develop a differentiated value proposition and defensible positioning Build and launch a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) Define your Go‑To‑Market strategy and initiate commercial activity Design the legal, financial and operational structure of the company Prepare for institutional funding Selected projects may receive investment from Wolver Ventures funds (up to €500K in two tranches), subject to internal approval, and may also access third‑party investors. Ideal Background We are seeking senior professionals with: 8+ years of relevant professional experience Demonstrated leadership in one of the following areas: Commercial strategy, growth, marketing or general management (CEO / CMO profiles) Product, engineering, technology or operations (CTO / COO profiles) Finance, corporate strategy or transaction environments (CFO profiles) Strong motivation to build and scale a company from scratch Interest in B2B verticals such as Cybersecurity, FinTech, InsurTech, RegTech / LegalTech, PropTech (Data Centers focus) or Web3 Professional fluency in English What the Program Provides 10 structured weekly online sessions Practical guidance on venture building and execution Access to co‑founders, mentors and experienced operators Exposure to investor networks Access to potential funding This opportunity is intended for professionals who want to move from leadership roles into company creation.
