About The Role
This role sits within our Italian architecture team. You’ll support the design team in developing architectural concepts, 3D models, technical drawings, and project documentation. The role involves active participation in all phases of the design process, from preliminary research to executive production, working alongside international Senior team members. The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, with a solid technical foundation and strong design sensitivity.
Key responsibilities
* Support in developing architectural concepts and design proposals
* 2D/3D modeling and production of graphic drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details)
* Basic BIM modeling, information extraction from the model, and layout preparation
* Preparation of presentations, moodboards, and materials for clients and stakeholders
* Collaboration with the team in drafting technical documentation
* Research on materials, technologies, and design references
* Participation in site visits and inspections
Key requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or equivalent
* Advanced proficiency in English (reading, listening, and writing)
* Intermediate proficiency in Italian
* Intermediate CAD skills (AutoCAD, Rhino)
* Basic BIM skills (Revit)
* Intermediate 3D modeling skills (Rhino)
* Intermediate proficiency in Adobe software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
* Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyAttention to detail and aesthetic sensitivity
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Interest in the sports industry
Desirable qualities
* Experience (even brief) in architecture or engineering firms
* Registration with a professional Italian board in Architecture or Civil/Environmental Engineering
* Knowledge of Italian building regulations
* Knowledge of national and international sports regulations
* Proficiency in rendering software (V‑Ray, Enscape, Twinmotion, etc.)
* Skills in computational design (Grasshopper, Dynamo)
* Interest in sustainability, innovative materials, and digital processes
