What You'll Do
Handle and support Sales Executives' requests while resolving customer issues efficiently
Ensure all processes align with pricing guidelines, company policies, and regulations
Verify sales information on every interaction to ensure accuracy and compliance
Manage and resolve first‐level sales escalations
Follow up daily on unresolved cases until full resolution
Deliver professional and high‐quality support to external customers
Create a positive, customer‐friendly experience through effective communication
Provide timely, accurate assistance while maintaining integrity and adherence to SOPs
What We're Looking For
Fluent in Mandarin and good command of English
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail‐oriented with strong problem‐solving ability
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously
Customer‐first mindset with a professional attitude
Prior experience in customer support or sales support is a plus (not mandatory)
