Assistant Boutique Manager Intern
The selected candidate will support the daily operations of the hotel boutique, ensuring an excellent guest experience through personalized customer service and efficient administrative support. The role also includes receptionist and clerical duties related to boutique activities.
The ideal candidate is friendly, well-presented, and customer-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with international guests while meeting their requests and expectations.
Main Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests visiting the boutique
- Provide information about products and services
- Ensure the boutique and front desk area are tidy and well organized
- Handle incoming calls, redirect calls, and take messages when necessary
- Receive and distribute letters, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain updated records, files, and inventory documentation
- Support daily boutique operations and guest relations activities
Requirements
- Familiarity with office equipment and good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
- Passion for luxury hospitality and customer service experience is a plus
