Serve as trusted advisor to the VP with insights and recommendations for strategic decision‑making Lead development, execution, and quarterly tracking of the organization’s V2MOM with measurable outcomes Synthesize complex business data into executive presentations, reviews, and recommendations Develop State of the Business narratives translating performance metrics into actionable insights Analyze key metrics (pipeline, retention, customer success, attrition) to identify risks and opportunities Perform root‑cause analyses and propose actions to improve performance and efficiency Design and lead the operating cadence (QBRs, leadership meetings, all‑hands) Establish reporting frameworks, metrics, and governance to drive accountability Lead planning, execution, and adoption of strategic go‑to‑market and organizational initiatives Partner with Sales, Ops, Finance, and Strategy leaders to align priorities and remove barriers Serve as liaison between field and centralized functions ensuring programs are adopted Continuously improve processes, operating models, and governance for greater impact Responsabilità
Experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Sales Operations, Management Consulting, Chief of Staff, or related function Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations Experience leading complex cross‑functional initiatives and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders Excellent executive communication, presentation, and storytelling skills Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority in a matrixed organization
