Are you passionate about e-commerce and looking for a challenging role? As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing daily on-site activities, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
This involves actively monitoring sales performance and key digital metrics, responding to input, and optimizing product placement to boost conversion. You will also contribute to online sales growth by leveraging emerging trends.
* Campaign & Promotion Management: Create and manage campaigns and promotions within the Salesforce Commerce Cloud Platform, ensuring effective execution and optimization.
* Catalog & Publication Management: Manage the product catalog, ensuring products are ready for launch with all necessary elements, including images, copy, and stock availability.
* Website Personalization: Implement website personalization strategies using Page Designer and Customer Groups to enhance the customer experience and drive conversion.
Key responsibilities include managing homepage and content updates, campaign and promotion management, catalog and publication management, website personalization, platform testing and quality assurance, visual merchandising, and operations and customer care.
To succeed in this role, you should have e-commerce experience, preferably within a luxury brand. Strong skills in website updates, campaign execution, site merchandising, and content management are essential. Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud is mandatory.
