We are seeking a skilled and dynamic ICT Application Senior Specialist Corporate Systems to contribute to the maintenance, enhancement, and evolution of our company's software systems. This position is based in our office in Milan, Italy.Role Overview:
As the ICT Application Senior Specialist Corporate Systems, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our software systems. Your focus will be on delivering corrective and evolutionary maintenance, developing ICT functionalities for designated projects, and supporting end-users within specified Application domains, primarily in AFC and HR.Responsibilities:Provide application-level support on core company systems, including Finance, Document Management, and Development Services.Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders for system maintenance and improvement.Work closely with third-party service providers, offering end-user support in software configuration, systems testing, and documentation development.Interface with the Business to define Applications functional requirements, working with various teams to gather requirements and evaluate implementation alternatives.Support the full life-cycle of Applications change requests/projects, from analysis to deployment.Perform 2nd level Key User support via a ticketing system.Conduct quality checks on external systems integrator deliverables.Maintain operational procedures, documentation, and an internal Knowledge base.Drive positive business outcomes by implementing and sustaining changes across the organization.Cooperate with vendors and consultants for Application support, escalating issues, and managing feature requests.Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and codes of conduct within the area of responsibility.Qualifications:Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.Experience in a similar role, preferably in the Pharmaceutical/Life-science sector.Technical Expertise:Fluent in Italian and English.Knowledge of productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, M365).Familiarity with service level management, capacity management, financial management, and IT service continuity management.Knowledge of Integration Methodology.Experience with SAP ERP and other ERP systems; SAP S4/HANA upgrade project experience is a plus.Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical sector is preferred.Additional Requirements:Strong communication, cross-functional teamwork, process-oriented thinking, and analytical skills.Ability to interact easily with internal clients and external suppliers in a multinational environment.Strong motivation and flexibility
